Ministry of Works & Infrastructure – Lagos State Government
Oguntona Yemisi Titilayo was born in Ibadan University Teaching hospital on the 10th March 1970, she is an indigene of Lagos State, an extract of egba land of ijaiye descent from ifako ijaiye local government, she had her primary school in Maryland Convent primary School and her secondary school in Maryland Comprehensive secondary school between 1981-1986 and her advance level in college of advance studies Gaskiya Zaria ,she holds a BSc sociology from Lagos state university and Master in public and international affairs, University of Lagos.
She then proceeded to undergo her National youth corps service in National Orientation Agency, Jigawa state .she started her working career in Bemil securities ojodu, Thomas cook as their security manager after which she joined the Lagos State Service on the 21st February, 2001 and worked in the following agencies:
Ministry of Youth, Sport and Social Development, Office of Infrastructure,
Ministry of Local Government Establishment and Pension Office,
Ministry of Economic Planning and Budget,
Office of Creativity Transformation Innovation,
Ministry of Works and Infrastructure,
Office of Infrastructure 2022 till Date
She participated in the various transformation assignment within the service namely Secretary for the Transition from Admin to Admin and Human Resources in the” Public Service Management” the Secretary for the mandate mapping ,Committee on design of SPADEV ,writing of human Resource Policy ,and Operational manual for Admin and Human Resources and drafting of human resources policy for health sector .
She is a member of Chartered Institute of Personal Management
Certified Key Performance Indicator Practitioner
She was promoted to post of Deputy Director in July, 2020 and presently serving as the Director Admin and human resources: Office of Infrastructure.
