Miss Sontan Olubunmi Olasunmbo was born on 11th October, 1965 in Ebute Metta, Lagos mainland LGA of Lagos state. She hails from Iperu Remo (Ikenne Local Government) Ogun State She attended; St. Jude Primary School where she obtained FSLC (1977) and St. Leo’s High School Abeokuta where she obtained WASC/GCE (1985). She further proceed to Ogun State College of Education Ijebu Ode now Tai Solarin College of Education where she obtained NCE (Maths/Econs) (1990). She obtained ATC from ICAN (1995). She attended and obtained B.Sc. Banking and Finance from Ogun State University, Ago Iwoye now Olabisi Onabanjo University in 2002. She obtained NYSC (2004). She obtained PGD/CNA from ANAN college of Accountancy, Jos in 2010. She joined Lagos State Government on 10th of Dec. 1991 as a Post Primary Class teacher (Master Grade III) on Grade level 07 and the appointment was confirmed on the 10th of Dec. 1993. She converted from Teaching service to Executive officer account cadre with effect from 1st January 2000.
